Your First Visit
On your first visit to our office you will be greeted into our office with a friendly hello and a warm smile.
You will then be asked to sign in, and fill out the required forms which will help us gain some information about you and
your condition.
Examination
After you have finished filling out the forms you will then be taken to our examination room where you will
have a complete chiropractic examination. This will include testing your reflexes, your ability to turn and bend as well as
other orthopedic, neurologic, postural, and physical examinations. This will also include an exam with our state of the art
Surface EMG and Thermography Scanner. This will help the doctor gain some valuable information regarding your condition
so that a better understanding of how chiropractic can help you.
X-rays
X-rays are usually required to get a full evaluation of a patient. Which x-rays
are needed is considered on a case by case basis. We take and process the x-rays here in the office. These will
then be sent to a certified chiropractic radiologist.
Therapy
If the doctor feels that therapy will help to give you some relief
she will send you over for therapy for 10 minutes. This will consist of moist heat and low-volt muscle stimulation.
After therapy you will then be set up an appointment to come back the next day, if possible, after the doctor
has had time to go over your examination and your x-rays.
Your Second Visit
Report of Findings
On your second visit you will watch
a video on how to care for your spine. After that is over the doctor will come in and go over your
x-rays with
you and what she found in your exam, she will then tell you her recommendations for treatment.
Treatment
After she goes through the report of findings with you she will then take you in for your first adjustment
and possibly for therapy.
After you are done with your adjustment and/or therapy you will then be directed to our
insurance and billing person to go over the financial part of your treatment schedule.
For patients
who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment options can be arranged.
